- Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
- One (1 ) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
