- Assist the Food and Nutrition Manager with oversight of the Food and Nutrition Department in a long-term care and Skilled Nursing Center.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food to our Residents and Patients
- Ensure all meals meet the nutritional needs of our Residents and Patients
- Oversee the Departments Cooks and Aides to ensure the Dietary Program is in compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of (or current enrollment in) coursework approved by the Dietary Managers Association preferred.
- One (1) year supervised food service experience in an institutional setting with focus on planning, preparing and servicing regular and therapeutic diets required.
