Ready to take the next step in your nursing career without giving up hands-on patient care? Southern Health Partners is seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse Charge Nurse to lead the evening shift at the Madison County Detention Center.
This Monday through Friday schedule offers the consistency many nurses are looking for while providing the opportunity to serve as the clinical leader during your shift. You'll coordinate patient care, support your team, and ensure quality healthcare delivery in a structured, secure environment.

What You'll Do ?
Provide direct nursing care and oversee clinical operations during the evening shift
Serve as the lead nurse and clinical resource for staff and patients
Assess, treat, and monitor patients while ensuring continuity of care
Coordinate with facility staff and healthcare providers to deliver quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Promote a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications
What We're Looking For ??
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while leading a team with confidence and professionalism
Excellent communication and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
