• ️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night or Evening Shift

We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on night or evening shift. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional nursing care in a calm, focused overnight environment—ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols
• Collaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the care team as needed
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and direct care staff

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• New grads encouraged to apply!
• Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, resident-first approach to care
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
