In this role, you’ll serve as the central hub for recruitment and staffing operations, ensuring positions are actively managed, communication flows seamlessly, and staffing needs are supported in real time.

🔑 What You’ll Do
- Monitor and follow up on recruitment activity across departments, sites, and internal recruiters
- Track job postings and identify roles with low or no applicant flow; escalate as needed
- Analyze time-to-fill metrics and provide visibility into hiring progress and gaps
- Coordinate interim staffing solutions, including scheduling support for open shifts
- Serve as a liaison between recruiters and department leaders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Consolidate recruitment data and deliver clear, actionable updates to leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, communication, and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal leadership, including Vice Presidents

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in recruitment coordination, staffing, scheduling, or operations (preferred)
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred) and Paycom (or similar HRIS)
- Experience in healthcare, corrections, or multi-site operations is a plus
