Location: Montgomery County Jail – Clarksville, TN
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Supervisor
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift. You'll provide clinical leadership, support your team, and help ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment where your expertise is valued.
Qualifications:What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and supervision for the night shift nursing team
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for nursing staff during overnight hours
- Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed
- Support compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines
- Coach, mentor, and encourage team members while promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to maintain continuity of care
- Complete accurate documentation and quality assurance responsibilities
We're Looking For
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead with confidence while supporting a collaborative team culture
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
