🩺 What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily medical operations within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with SHP policies and correctional healthcare standards
• Coordinate care with providers, administration, and custody staff
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and documentation processes
• Respond to clinical issues and ensure quality patient outcomes
• Keep the site organized, compliant, and running smoothly
✅ What You’ll Bring
✔️ Active RN license in the state of Georgia
✔️ Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
✔️ Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
