Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team at the Rabun County Jail in Georgia. This role offers a consistent Sunday schedule in a structured healthcare environment where your clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion help deliver quality care to an underserved population.

Position Details
Location: Rabun County Jail – Georgia
Schedule: Every Sunday
Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within the correctional setting, including:

Conducting sick call triage

Performing health assessments, histories, and physicals (H&Ps)

Administering and documenting medication pass

Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the medical team

Maintaining accurate medical documentation and compliance with facility protocols

Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
