💼 RN Medical Team Administrator

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our correctional healthcare team in North Carolina.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is ready to take on a leadership role while providing hands-on patient care in a structured correctional healthcare environment. The RN MTA will help oversee daily clinical operations, support the nursing team, and ensure quality patient care while working collaboratively with facility leadership and the healthcare team.

🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for nursing staff
• Assist with the coordination and oversight of daily healthcare operations
• Support medication administration, assessments, sick call, chronic care, and other nursing duties
• Help ensure compliance with established healthcare policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and facility staff to address patient needs
• Assist with staff communication, scheduling, and day-to-day clinical coordination
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical support and guidance to the nursing team
• Participate in on call responsibilities as needed

💙 What You’ll Need

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience required
• Leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or correctional healthcare experience is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, professional patient care
