What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary nursing and medical team

• Oversee daily clinical operations within the facility

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and protocols

• Coordinate patient care plans, chronic care management, and medication administration

• Collaborate with facility staff while maintaining nursing autonomy

• Mentor and develop nursing staff through guidance and example

• Serve as the clinical decision-maker and patient advocate

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of Alabama

• Strong clinical background with leadership or supervisory experience

• Organized, calm, and confident decision-maker

• Passion for ethical nursing practice and team development

• Ability to thrive in a structured, secure healthcare setting
