Location: Morgan County Jail, Morgan County, AL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour Day Shift

What You’ll Lead

• Direct and oversee all nursing operations within the facility

• Coordinate patient care plans, chronic care management, and clinical workflows

• Serve as the primary nursing authority and clinical decision-maker

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff through strong leadership

• Collaborate with facility leadership while maintaining nursing independence

• Advocate for patient dignity, confidentiality, and ethical care delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of Alabama

• Proven nursing leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills

• Ability to lead confidently in a secure, structured environment

• Passion for mentoring nurses and improving patient outcomes
