RN Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Morgan County Jail, Morgan County, AL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour Day Shift

What You’ll Lead

Direct and oversee all nursing operations within the facility

Coordinate patient care plans, chronic care management, and clinical workflows

Serve as the primary nursing authority and clinical decision-maker

Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff through strong leadership

Collaborate with facility leadership while maintaining nursing independence

Advocate for patient dignity, confidentiality, and ethical care delivery

Active RN license in the state of Alabama
