💊 Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments
🩺 Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical needs
📋 Assist with sick calls, assessments, and documentation
🤝 Collaborate with RNs, providers, and correctional staff
🗂️ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols
🛡️ Promote a safe, respectful, and professional care environment
🎯 Qualifications
✔️ Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
✔️ Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a structured, team-oriented setting
✔️ Correctional or similar experience is a plus (but not required!)
