Lead, Mentor, and Make an Impact in Correctional Nursing

What You’ll Do:

Oversee multiple jail medical units in Georgia, working closely with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and on-site medical staff.

Serve as a mentor and leader for correctional nurses, providing guidance, training, and support.

Ensure high-quality care standards and program development across facilities.

Provide occasional shift coverage as needed.

Travel regionally, including overnight stays at times.
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with previous management or leadership experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Flexibility to meet scheduling needs, including travel between facilities.

Correctional nursing experience is a plus.
