Qualifications:What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily nursing operations while providing direct patient care
- Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
- Assess patient conditions and monitor treatment progress
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
- Ensure care plans, provider directives, and documentation are accurate and complete
- Respond confidently to medical concerns and emergency situations
- Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice, facility policies, and clinical standards
- Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and leadership to promote outstanding patient outcomes
