Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift Rotation
📍 Cabarrus County Jail | North Carolina
⏰ 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Includes Every Other Weekend

We’re looking for a dependable, patient-focused LPN to join our team at Cabarrus County Jail. This full-time position offers a consistent rotating schedule with built-in work-life balance and the opportunity to provide essential care to an underserved population.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Respond to sick calls and evaluate inmate health concerns
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and on-site staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow established protocols while exercising independent clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Correctional or behavioral health experience preferred, but not required
