🎓 Qualifications We’re Looking For
✅ Current LPN license or Paramedic certification in the state of Alabama
✅ Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred (correctional, ER, or med-surg a plus)
✅ Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✅ Must pass drug screening and facility security clearance
