Location: Marshall County Jail
Position: Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse
Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Schedule: Rotating schedule including every other weekend
What You'll Do
As an LPN in this role, you will play an important part in providing patient focused care to individuals in a correctional healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing direct nursing care within the facility
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring patient conditions and documenting observations
• Responding to medical concerns and assisting with sick call
• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and correctional staff
• Maintaining accurate medical records and following clinical protocols

What We're Looking For
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Alabama
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a healthcare team
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
