Qualifications:What You'll Do
As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, efficient patient care by:
- Administering medications within the scope of your Missouri CMA certification
- Maintaining accurate medication administration records (MAR)
- Monitoring patients and reporting concerns or changes to nursing staff
- Assisting with medication inventory, storage, and accountability
- Supporting nurses and providers with daily clinical operations
- Following established healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Helping maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment
What We're Looking For
- Current Missouri Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Previous healthcare or correctional experience is a plus, but not required
