Full-Time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Day Shift (36 Hours Per Week)
📍 Alamance County Jail | North Carolina
⏰ 12-Hour Day Shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 36 Hours Per Week | Rotating Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

As a Certified Medication Aide, you’ll play a key role in safely administering medications and supporting patient care within a secure and well-organized environment. This is a consistent, team-oriented position with a predictable rotating schedule designed for balance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications accurately according to established protocols
- Monitor patients for medication effectiveness and report changes or concerns
- Maintain precise documentation and medication records
- Support nursing staff with patient care needs as appropriate
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in North Carolina
- Active CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend
- Previous correctional or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
