We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who can also help grow our social media presence. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be the first impression of our company while supporting daily office operations and helping promote our brand online.

What You’ll DoFront Desk & Administrative Duties

  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent client support
  • Handle general office tasks such as copying, scanning, mailing, and ordering supplies
  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Manage and post content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Help create engaging posts, photos, and short videos
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and company announcements
  • Monitor messages and comments and respond professionally
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Experience managing social media accounts is a BIG plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Experience in customer service, medical, dental, logistics, or office settings is helpful.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
