Field Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Field Operations Coordinator to support daily production and installation operations in a fast-paced roofing and exterior services environment. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, scheduling jobs, managing materials, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and able to maintain strong communication with crews, suppliers, and customers throughout the production process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with operations, logistics, construction coordination, or project support experience looking to grow into a larger leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily job schedules and installation timelines
- Communicate with crews regarding job assignments, materials, and changes
- Order and verify materials for upcoming projects
- Maintain production calendars and project updates
- Coordinate with homeowners before, during, and after installations
- Assist with quality control and project completion documentation
- Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track job progress and identify scheduling or operational conflicts
- Support field operations and maintain accurate records within company systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations coordination, logistics, scheduling, construction support, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and mobile communication
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Construction or roofing industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Veterans and individuals with military experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $52,000 – $60,000 annually
