Project Manager 2

Position Summary

Serves as Project Manager for various packaging Print Quality Management (PQM) programs. The purpose of this position is to provide daily support and overall management of the PQM process to meet the Client's needs. As a key facilitator within the process, you will communicate with printers, product vendors, clients, and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will be to respond to questions and effectively communicate PQM program rules, print specifications, website instructions and compliance requirements. This role will also include data processing and project tracking by utilizing our PQM system. Assist the PQM Program Manager in the creation of client facing reports. You will also be a resource when issues or questions arise related to the programs you manage. You will work independently but also work as part of a larger team where collaboration and team work are key to our effectiveness in servicing the business and delivering on our Client's expectations.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results

• Execute daily PQM program management activities
• Review incoming tasks and input data into PQM systems
• Communicate program requirements
• Manage daily correspondence and respond to program related questions
• Data collection, processing and tracking
• Prepare reports as requested
• Attend meetings per request of the Client or PQM Program Manager
• Participate in process improvement and cross training efforts
• Communicate issues to Management

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-4 years project management and customer service experience
• Experience in the design, print or production art industry
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Travel Requirements

Travel is required on a minimal basis depending on client needs.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, WV

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is RANGE annually/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $45,292 USD - $56,615 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
