Summary
Coordinates and supports SEECO's workplace safety programs, including training, inspections, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance, to maintain a safe working environment across the facility.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial safety, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- 5 years of experience in a safety, EHS, or manufacturing environment.
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards
- Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Strong recordkeeping and reporting skills (e.g., OSHA 300/300A logs)
- Excellent communication and training/presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments to promote a safety culture
Essential Functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and policies
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits of production areas and equipment
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans
- Maintain OSHA-required recordkeeping, including OSHA 300/300A logs and injury/illness reports
- Coordinate and deliver safety training, including new-hire orientation, PPE use, and equipment-specific training
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Partner with department managers to identify and address workplace hazards
- Maintain PPE inventory and safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, eyewash stations)
- Follow SEECO's safety and quality guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
