Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit Specialist located in Cartersville, GA. The Fit Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customers find the perfect Harley Davidson fit by understanding their needs and preferences. Day-to-day tasks include providing in-depth product knowledge, facilitating test drives, handling sales inquiries, and assisting customers with financing options. The Fit Specialist will work closely with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of motorcycles, preferably Harley Davidson
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financing options and ability to convey this information to customers
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
- Passion for Harley Davidson and motorcycling culture
- Prior experience in automotive sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is advantageous
