Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Organizes and maintains customer files using project management software
- Receives sales orders from customers and processes them through QuickBooks software
- Communicates with field employees to ensure accuracy of project details and information including scheduling
- Communicates scheduling and logistics information or issues with customers
- Manages project revenue cycle to include creating sales orders, invoicing, billing, posting customer checks, and collections
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
