Southern Delaware Therapeutic Riding is seeking a creative, mission‑driven professional to lead donor engagement, digital strategy, and community outreach. This full‑time Director role is a key partner to the Executive Director, helping expand SDTR’s donor base, strengthen community partnerships, and elevate the visibility of our equine‑assisted programs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in donor development, fundraising, communications, or social media marketing (nonprofit experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media scheduling tools, photo/video editing, and donor management software/CRMs.
- Communication: Exceptional writing, digital storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Traits: A creative, self-motivated starter who is highly organized, possesses strong time-management skills, and maintains a "donor and volunteer service" mentality.
- Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for SDTR's mission to improve the physical and emotional well-being of individuals living with disabilities through equine-assisted therapy.
