Hillternity partners with charitable organizations to help deliver essential supplies to children in need. As a Community Engagement Representative, you’ll be the face of our mission at public venues — sparking conversations, inspiring support, and guiding donors through the giving process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit initiatives at events, pop-ups, and community hubs across Delaware
- Start conversations and educate the public about how they can help
- Assist donors in completing contributions or sign-up forms
- Track your outreach results and strive toward personal milestones
- Collaborate in an upbeat, team-oriented atmosphere

Job Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Access to reliable transportation is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working on your feet and speaking with the public
- Experience in customer service, outreach, or event roles is helpful but not required
