Job Title: Warehouse Outbound Manager
Reports To: Warehouse Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Classification: Full-time
Job Summary: The Warehouse Outbound Manager will run and oversee the daily functions of the Outbound team, including supervising, training, delegating, and more.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position will supervise the outbound employees and serve as a coach and mentor for them.
- Will assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations, appraising performance, and resolving issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all functions of 2nd shift to include processes, procedures, and employees.
- Verifies nightly attendance and duties of production personnel.
- Accurately, consistently and safely follows and gives direction; involved in stock rotation or transferring of cases to various locations throughout the warehouse and/or in loading or unloading of trucks. Including any or all the following activities:
- Operating various pieces of warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Clamp Pickers, Electric Floor jacks, etc.) to include daily maintenance.
- Supervises safe and proper picking/filling of customer orders to complete loading of delivery trucks. Minimizes the potential for product breakage.
- Observes safe product handling techniques.
- Ensure all delivery vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently in preparation for next day deliveries.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the orders fulfilled by the pickers.
- Ensure that the team maintains production quota to produce timely performance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to team members and management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
- At least two years of previous warehouse experience required.
- One to two years of previous Warehouse Management System (WMS), Radio Frequency (RF), or related experience preferred.
- OSHA Certified preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Administrative 20%
- Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting 80%
