Southern Cinema Design is a Audio Video Systems Integration company with 2 locations in Cumming, GA and St. Augustine, FL. The company was established in 1997 as a luxury home theater fabricator, however has evolved into full service Electronic Systems Integration Company with Residential and Commercial clients throughout the Southeast in business since 1997.
The Position:
This is a Hybrid Position in a small satellite office that requires sales, project management and installation experience. This is like owning your own AV business, but without the risk and capital expense. Sales commission is earned, thus the salary range. Based on sales, it is possible to exceed 75K.

*2 Years minimum experience in our industry REQUIRED.
* Expert Level Experience programming Control 4 or Similar Home Automation systems. Level 2 Control4 certification.
* PCNA certification desired..
* Experience deploying residential and commercial IP based networks.
* Superior interpersonal skills for communication with colleagues and clients
* Strong troubleshooting, system testing, and good ability to think on your feet
* Ability to listen and learn from others
* Valid drivers license
* Professional and clean cut appearance
* Personal traits and habits reflective of a Clean, Responsible and Organized individual are highly valued.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tech projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Utilize Project Management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Control 4 Certification requirements and standards.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide timely resolutions to any issues that arise.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and technical expertise to drive project success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
