Home Health Office Manager

Capstone Home Health is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our growing home health agency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
• Supervise and coordinate office staff, caregivers, and scheduling personnel.
• Manage patient referrals, intake processes, and service coordination.
• Ensure timely scheduling and appropriate staffing for patient visits.
• Monitor documentation, authorizations, and compliance with agency policies.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), billing documentation, and operational workflows.
• Support compliance with AHCA, Medicaid, Medicare, and applicable accreditation standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Previous office management or healthcare administration experience required.
• Home health agency management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of home health operations, Medicaid, Medicare, and EVV preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
