Summary
As a Nursing Assistant at Southern Caregivers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Located in various locations throughout Arkansas, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they need.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health information accurately.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility and transportation needs for clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at home.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
- Experience in senior care or home community care preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
