This dual-role position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Phlebotomy
- Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Front Desk
- Greet, check in, and check out patients professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide service information.
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and support billing needs.
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required.
- Medical front desk or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- EMR experience is a plus.
