We are seeking a reliable, physically fit Production Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging fresh and processed noodle products, maintaining high standards of quality control, and ensuring a clean, efficient workspace. This position requires strong physical stamina and the ability to handle continuous lifting and manual labor throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Package, weigh, seal, and label noodle products according to quality control specifications.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure correct weight, seal integrity, and proper packaging.
- Lift, stack, and move heavy trays, lug boxes, and bags of raw materials or finished products (up to 60 lbs).
- Maintain continuous workflow on the packaging line, keeping pace with daily production quotas.
- Follow strict food safety guidelines, sanitary operational procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 lbs safely throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.
- Stamina & Endurance: Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly spot packaging defects, incorrect labels, or product inconsistencies.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Prior experience in food manufacturing, processing, or packaging is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Language/Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills to read production sheets and follow supervisor instructions.
- Preferably speaking Chinese/Vietnamese or English
Working Conditions
- Physical environment involving exposure to food processing machinery, high humidity, steam, and warm temperatures typical of noodle manufacturing.
- Requires standing for the full duration of the shift with routine heavy lifting.

- Punctuality: Consistent, on-time attendance is critical due to line setup and early production starts.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
