Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols based on client care plans designed by licensed behavior analysts
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and functional skills through engaging teaching strategies
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and clarity in behavioral health interventions
- Support the safety and well-being of clients during direct behavioral therapy sessions in various settings such as home or school environments
Skills
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior management techniques
- Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention strategies effectively
- Proficiency in data collection methods and maintaining accurate medical records
