As a Staff Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements that drive business performance.

This position is located in-office at our Pompano Beach, Florida headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable processing, including approvals and processing.
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes.
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank and cash disbursement accounts.
- Assist with audits and preparation of tax-related documentation.
- Contribute to accounting system improvements and process automation initiatives.
- Support general cost accounting and other related financial duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Associate’s in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- 0 to 3 years’ experience.
