Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $22 - $45 per hour

What You'll Do

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service and workmanship.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Install and replace water heaters, water lines, drain lines, fixtures, and related plumbing components
• Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions to homeowners
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records and provide clear communication with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• 4 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Back Flow trained preferred- but will train.
• Would be open to cross training on HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and local codes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role that includes:

• Working in residential homes, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and physical activity
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
• Occasional extended driving between job locations
• Working with plumbing tools, equipment, and construction materials
