Accounts Payable Coordinator responsibilities include but not limited to:
- process "on demand" and weekly checks
- review and code invoices for documentation and approval
- process/pay all utility bills
- process/pay monthly Visa statements and petty cash
- sorting/processing incoming mail
Accounts Payable Coordinator's qualifications:
- prior accounts payable experience
- proficient in Microsoft office
- Quickbooks experience
