What You'll Be Responsible For as Our Recruiting Coordinator
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps our recruiting process moving and improving. Your key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing & Screening: Write and optimize job ads, manage postings, and screen applicants to find top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate clearly and promptly, ensuring every applicant feels valued and informed.
- Employer Brand Management: We must maintain a strong online presence, manage reviews, and showcase what makes Southeastern a great workplace.
- ATS Management: Keep applicant records current, track metrics, and generate reports to monitor hiring effectiveness.
- Internal Communication: Promote our referral program, update teams on job openings, and collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs.
We're looking for someone with:
- 2 years of inside sales experience or handling customer support.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Construction experience in field positions and industry jargon.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
We Offer a Competitive Compensation Package, Including
- Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience.
