Job Summary
Operate bulldozers to grade earth, dress slopes, and assist in site development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate dozers to move, grade, and level soil
- Shape slopes, building pads, and site features as directed
- Utilize attachments as needed
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Assist with other site work when required
- 12 years' experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to read grade stakes and follow directions
- Valid driver's license required
- Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
