This position is responsible for safely operating articulated dump trucks on large-scale earthwork and site development projects while supporting production goals and maintaining safe job-site operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in heavy civil construction environments, operating off-road dump trucks in varying ground conditions, and working closely with grade crews, excavator operators, dozer operators, and site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate articulated haul trucks on mass grading and earthmoving projects
- Haul dirt, rock, aggregate, and other materials throughout the jobsite
- Conduct daily pre/post trip equipment inspection
- Identify and report mechanical or safety issues to supervisors
- Work efficiently with excavation and grading crews to maintain production goals
- Operate equipment in varying weather, terrain, and jobsite conditions
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and site-specific procedures
- Assist with general labor duties when needed
- Previous experience operating articulated haul trucks or off-road trucks
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment
- Knowledge of basic equipment safety and maintenance procedures
- Ability to safely operate equipment in varying terrain, weather, and jobsite conditions.
- Ability to work safely on active construction jobsites
- Reliable transportation to jobsites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience on mass grading, roadway, sitework, or heavy civil construction projects
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
