We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating daily work activities, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining project schedules.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive productivity, communicate effectively with project management, and uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites
- Plan and execute daily/weekly work schedules
- Coordinate with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and shop drawings
- Ensure installations meet code and company quality standards
- Track labor productivity and report progress
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Train and develop plumbers and apprentices
- Enforce jobsite safety and company policies
- Assist with material planning and ensure proper use of materials
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- 2 years in a Foreman or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience managing crews and jobsite productivity
- Solid understanding of plumbing codes and inspections
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ground-up commercial construction
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
- Experience coordinating with multiple trades
