At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking a full-time QP to support our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Wilmington, NC, and surrounding area.
Your impact on the team’s mission
The QP is a vital role on the SEIC enhanced services team providing community-based care and case management. They ensure that all clients receive high-quality care in their home or community location.
Some of the daily activities you would do as the Qualified Professional are:
- Coordinating care and advocating for clients
- Updating PCP’s and entering documentation into the system
- Participate in developing PCPs.
- Ensuring the quality care and safety of the individuals served

This position is Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm with late afternoon flexibility for the needs of the clients served. To care for our team members, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all benefit eligible positions.

Must meet the requirements of a NC Qualified Mental Health Professional
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience with the population served.
- Must possess a current, valid, NC driver’s license and insurance with a clean driving record.
