Window & Door Sales Representative (Hybrid Inside & Outside Sales)

Location: Biloxi, MS – Gulf Coast / Coastal Mississippi Territory (In-Person)

Compensation: Base Draw Uncapped Commission | $40,000 – $100,000 OTE (First-year earnings based on effort & experience)

We are a fast-growing premium window and door dealership serving builders, contractors, and homeowners across the resilient Gulf Coast. We specialize in high-performance, energy-efficient, and hurricane-rated products for new construction, remodeling, and replacement projects.

We’re looking for a motivated Window & Door Sales Representative to join our team in a true hybrid role. You’ll drive new business through outside sales while delivering exceptional consultative service to homeowners. • Prospect and develop new business with builders and contractors through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct in-showroom consultations, product demonstrations, presentations, and job-site visits for homeowners.
• Manage the full sales cycle: create quotes, negotiate terms, process orders, and deliver outstanding service from lead to completion.
• Grow existing accounts through repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
• Track activity and forecast sales using our CRM (Odoo experience a plus).

• Proven track record in outside sales, inside sales, or consultative/technical sales (construction, home improvement, or building materials experience strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of windows, doors, or building codes — or strong ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable presenting technical features and conducting product demos for trade professionals and homeowners.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time management — able to handle a high-volume pipeline.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a true drive to hit targets.
• Team player who contributes to a collaborative environment.
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
