Overview
SCCI is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide administrative support. This position requires interaction with visiting Government, Military and Civilian personnel with exposure to proprietary/sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, discretion, and judgment. Front Desk support is required from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with one hour off for lunch. This position is located at our Dahlgren, VA office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the daily business operations
- Operate a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information, and take messages as needed
- Provide visitor control to the Facility by issuing security badges in accordance with the visitor access request (VAR) list
- Provide meeting support assisting employees by adding/deleting meetings in Microsoft Office
- Conference room scheduling
- Track and issue fixed assets in the inventory tracking system
- Coordinate distribution of incoming and outgoing packages
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable communication, etiquette, organizational, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, dependable, and professional
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office, including Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint
