Overview
Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for a detail‑driven specialist who excels in a fast‑paced production environment. In this role, you will manage the remittance process, coordinate payment communication, support collections efforts, and provide administrative support to ensure projects move efficiently through the job lifecycle. This is a customer‑facing, operationally driven position focused on communication, timely payment processing, and managing multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Remittance & Collections
• Manage the remittance process with accuracy, organization, and timeliness.
• Follow established draw schedules to ensure payments are collected promptly throughout the job lifecycle.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and the operations team to ensure all payment‑related communication is clear, timely, and documented.
• Initiate and support collections efforts when payments fall behind, escalating issues appropriately.
• Maintain organized records and tracking systems to support consistent follow‑up.
Customer & Operational Support
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams regarding payment status and required documentation.
• Ensure all customer interactions, documents, and updates are accurately entered into SRG systems.
Mortgage & Documentation Workflow
• Assist in managing the mortgage process including deductible collection, endorsement checks, and communication with carriers or adjusters.
• Track the progress of required documents to ensure funds are released promptly.
Systems & Process Management
• Learn and master complex, industry‑specific software systems and use them simultaneously as part of daily workflow.
• Use available tools and dashboards to keep tasks organized and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate administrative documentation and follow established internal processes consistently.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems quickly.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver, and comfortable following structured processes.
