Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Accuracy & Timeliness in Invoice Processing

• Responsible for ensuring our trade partners and vendors are paid on time, every time.
• Responsible for ensuring that the following items are true for several specific vendors and the trade partner group as a whole: invoices are accurate, recorded properly, paid timely, and account reconciled on a monthly basis.
  
  

Compliance, Documentation & Internet Controls

• Support the stewardship team in the pursuit of ensuring all compliance, documentation, and internal controls expectations are met via the execution of predetermined tasks.
  
  

Month-End & Year-End Closure Support

• The Accounts Payable Coordinator serves on the Accounts Payable Team, which is part of the larger Stewardship Team at SRG. As part of the Stewardship Team, this position will play a vital role in the Month-End and Year-End closure process which occurs on the first 7 business days of each month.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 years of relevant professional work experience
• Financial acumen and analytical agility
