Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
- Provide general field support to restoration teams and job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials, equipment, and supplies
- Perform basic labor tasks as directed to support daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards while working in the field
- Support crews to help projects stay on schedule and operate efficiently
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, and in active job-site environments
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
