Fellowship Description:
- Lead special projects for orthopedic service line management.
- Assist in measuring and tracking the success of executed communications/marketing initiatives.
- Support the philosophy, code of ethics, and set of values in a company dedicated to excellence in patient care and healthcare administration.
- Acquire marketable administrative and technical skills.
- Demonstrate management potential in specific areas at various levels through the diversified line and/or staff responsibilities that will contribute to the organization.
- Work with surgeons, facilities, Insurance companies, team members and patients
- Develop core infrastructure for expanding service line.
- Develop strategies to face healthcare obstacles.
- Work directly with clinic leaders and patient navigators to improve patient services and process efficiencies.
