Job Overview
Must have and show past experience with a vacuum truck and hydroblast equipment in order to be considered for the position.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a Industrial Cleaning crew.
Duties
- Supervising and directing the work of an industrial cleaning crew.
- Ensuring the vacuum trucks and related equipment are in good working order.
- Training new operators and ensuring all crew members are competent in their roles.
- Enforcing safety procedures, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring all work is performed according to regulations.
- Coordinating with clients or other contractors to plan and execute projects, including site preparation and waste disposal.
- Maintaining records of work performed, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
Skills
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of vacuum truck and hydroblast operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
- CDL is a plus.
**PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE**
