Construction Laborer

Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable Construction Laborers to provide general labor support for waterproofing system installation on commercial construction projects. This position focuses on assisting the crew with material handling, surface preparation, and supporting the installation process.

No prior waterproofing experience is required; however, construction experience is a plus. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to perform physically demanding work.

Duties

• Assist with general labor tasks related to waterproofing installation
• Load, unload, and move materials around the job site
• Assist with surface preparation, cleaning, and basic job site setup
• Support skilled workers during installation activities
• Handle and organize tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow supervisor instructions and job site safety guidelines
• Assist with lifting and positioning materials as neededRequirements
• Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of general construction practices.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
• Experience with concrete finishing, formwork, rebar installation, masonry, or carpentry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment may be preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
